INTERVIEW

We offer a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase on the neon - subject to normal use of the neon.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

DELIVERY :

Once your order has been placed, Stéphane, our logistician, and his team, will carefully collect your products from the stock in order to put them (with love AND efficiency) in a package, ready to send.

Then the carrier takes over.

We have plenty of delivery options so you can find the solution that suits you best: Colissimo, Mondial Relay, or Chronopost for those in a hurry!

We deliver to France, Europe, and all over the world (soon to the moon #workinporgress).

BACK :

You have 14 days to return an item to us if it does not suit you.

If the item is defective, we will refund or exchange it for you. If you change your mind, we ask for a contribution of €2.50 for the return costs. If you would like an exchange or refund for an item that does not suit you, simply clickhere.

Manufacturing.

We worked withYellow Popin the manufacture of neon.

Each sign is made from high quality flex neon, 100% secure and contains LED lights. They are all mounted onan invisible transparent recycled acrylic support. This technique gives the illusion of traditional neon and offersbright and intense colors.

Just like us, Yellow Pop takesecological impact at heart, this is why they use:
- 100% LED lights (they consume 6 times less than traditional bulbs)
- a recycled support
- and 100% of our packaging is made from recycled materials and we strive to remove all unnecessary plastics.

The Bisou neon hangs veryeasy and fastthanks to the small screw kit included.

Plug your neon light into the light dimmer, then into an electrical outlet. And There you go !

Low consumption, low temperature.
The LED neon lights used consume 80% less energy than traditional neon lights, and only 5% of their energy is transformed into heat.
They are handcrafted with flexible tubes ofhigh quality, and last approximately 30 years (estimate based on use of 5 hours per day at maximum intensity, or 50,000 hours).
