Where are Mathilde Cabanas products made ?
Almost everywhere, but always with love and a great commitment to quality! Our stationery items (cards, mini cards, posters, etc.) are made in France from recycled paper.
The clothes, for young and old, come from Portugal, where we work faithfully with top workshops that make your little soft clothes in organic cotton.
Other products, such as our doormat, our bags or our house line, come from India. The factories we work with are GOTS, Okeo Tex and Bags of Ethics certified. Quality & planet: FIRST!
We systematically indicate this information on our product sheets because we know that it is important for you.
Where can I see your products “in real life”?
We don't have a physical store yet (sometimes pop-ups!), but our resellers will be more than happy to welcome you. Do not hesitate to contact Claire ( hello@mathildecabanas.com ) for a list of our points of sale.

Depending on the references, our productions can be more or less important. When a product is “out of stock”, that does not mean that it will never come back. Because what we want above all is to make you happy.
We advise you to indicate your email address in the space provided for this purpose on the product sheet of the item you wish to return!
How do I pay for my order?
We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact) and Paypal. No Good Pay notes, no checks made of wood, marble or any other material, no balls or caps.
And on the delivery side (costs, deadlines, all that…), how does it work?
Once your order has been placed, our logistician will carefully collect your products from stock in order to put them (with love and as quickly as possible) in a ready-to-send package. From that moment, the carrier takes over.

These delivery times may vary depending on the period but normally, we keep you informed of everything by email. Do not hesitate to consult the tracking or package number provided to track your order!
I have a problem with a product or an order, what should I do?
Call Customer Service! Oh well no wait, Customer Service is us. The best thing to do is to send us a short email on coucou@mathildecabanas.com , we will do everything to find a solution to your problem!
I want to return an item, how do I do that?
Well, why ? You don't love us anymore???? ? Well, ok, we are a bit melodramatic, but we know that these are things that happen...
In the case of a change of mind, the return of the goods is at your expense, and we will only accept it if it is returned to us in its original packaging and condition.

If it is a manufacturing defect or any other problem related to the quality of the product, send us a short email on coucou@mathildecabanas.com so that we can send you a pre-paid return label.
We will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible, upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
