The collection of your donations is also instantaneous, and at the end of each month we will transfer the amount collected to the ICRC.

Our bags are made in India in the Bags of Ethics workshops, which employ women in reintegration and whose products are all eco-responsible.
The inks used for the prints are REACH certified.
Our bags are eco-responsible and infinitely reusable! And every 1000 pieces produced, a tree is planted.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS
DELIVERY :
Once your order has been placed, Stéphane, our logistician, and his team will delicately pick up your products from stock in order to put them (with love AND efficiency) in a package, ready to send.
Then the carrier takes over.
We have plenty of delivery options so that you can find the solution that suits you best: Colissimo, Mondial Relay, or Chronopost for those in a hurry!
We deliver in France, Europe, and all over the world (soon on the moon #workinporgress).
The delivery prices indicated are valid for any order up to 1kg – for any order over 1kg, an adjusted price may be communicated to you.

RETURN POLICY :
You have 14 days to return an item to us if it does not suit you.
If you would like an exchange or a refund for an item that does not suit you, please let us know by email and then return the products concerned to us at the following address
