We offer a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase on the neon - subject to normal use of the neon.

LIVRAISON :

Une fois votre commande passée, Stéphane, notre logisticien, et son équipe, vont délicatement chercher vos produits dans le stock afin de les mettre (avec amour ET efficacité) dans un paquet, prêt-à-envoyer.

Ensuite, le transporteur prend le relais.

Nous avons plein d’options de livraison afin que vous trouviez la solution qui vous convient le mieux : Colissimo, Mondial Relay, ou Chronopost pour les pressé.es !

On livre en France, en Europe, et partout dans le monde (bientôt sur la lune #workinporgress).

We worked withYellow Popin the manufacture of neon.

Each sign is made from high quality flex neon, 100% secure and contains LED lights. They are all mounted onan invisible transparent recycled acrylic support. This technique gives the illusion of traditional neon and offersbright and intense colors.

Just like us, Yellow Pop takesecological impact at heart, this is why they use:
- 100% LED lights (they consume 6 times less than traditional bulbs)
- a recycled support
- and 100% of our packaging is made from recycled materials and we strive to remove all unnecessary plastics.

The Bisou neon hangs veryeasy and fastthanks to the small screw kit included.

Plug your neon light into the light dimmer, then into an electrical outlet. And There you go !

Low consumption, low temperature.
The LED neon lights used consume 80% less energy than traditional neon lights, and only 5% of their energy is transformed into heat.
They are handcrafted with flexible tubes ofhigh quality, and last approximately 30 years (estimate based on use of 5 hours per day at maximum intensity, or 50,000 hours).
